Site data

This release uses no analytics script, cookies, advertising pixel, account system, or web form. The hosting provider may process standard request logs such as IP address, browser, requested URL, referrer, timestamp, and error data for security and operations.

Email

When you use an email link, your email provider sends the information you choose to include directly to Hoyack. Hoyack uses it to respond, scope a request, prevent abuse, and maintain necessary business records. Do not send passwords, secrets, private keys, production data, or sensitive incident details by ordinary email.

Sharing and retention

Hoyack does not sell personal data. Service providers may process data to host the site or deliver email. Inquiry records are retained only as long as operational, legal, and security needs require.

Your choices

To request access, correction, or deletion, email hello@hoyack.com. Applicable rights depend on location and legal exceptions.

Changes

Material changes will update the effective date. Analytics or forms will not be activated without updating this policy and the implemented security controls.
